Your data and Google permissions
Thozil is a job-search assistant. It collects public job listings, scores each one against your resume, tailors that resume to a posting, finds the person who owns the role, and drafts the application email. To put a finished draft in your own Gmail and save the tailored resume to your own Drive, Thozil asks for exactly two Google permissions — and nothing else.
Used only to deliver the one application email you have read and clicked send on, from your own address. Thozil cannot read your mailbox — we do not request read access — and it never sends anything on its own.
Per-file access by design: it can only open files Thozil itself created. It cannot see, list or open anything else in your Drive.
We do not use your data to train generalised AI models, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising. You can disconnect Google at any time from your Google account permissions page.
